Q: How do I book a party?
A: Call one of our friendly party coordinators to assist in planning your perfect party. A non refundable deposit of $75 is all that is required to secure your party date. The remainder of the balance and any extras such as pizza, drinks, goodie bags, etc. can be paid the day of the party by cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Q: How far in advance should I book my party?
A: Since weekends are the most popular times, we recommend parties be booked 8 to 12 weeks in advance to secure your preferred party time. However, we will try to accommodate any last minute bookings, as scheduling will allow.
Q: What does Jump N Jungle provide at my party?
A: You bring the cake and ice cream – and the birthday child of course and we will do the rest! Jump N Jungle will provide a private Jump Room and Party Room along with your own private party host. We will also print your custom full color party invitations. The party includes the plates, napkins, spoons, and cups. We also provide all the fun and excitement for your child!
Q: What time should I arrive for my party?
A: You should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to party time. This allows time to complete waivers and review safety rules. This also maximizes time spent in the Jungle Room so that all children have as much time as possible to play.
Q: When do I need to have my head count for food and goodie bags?
A: You will be contacted by a party coordinator 2 days prior to your party to get your head count for food, drinks, balloons, and / or goodie bags. Food orders can not be changed the day of the party. You can bring in your own good bags or balloons or we do have those for purchase as well. However, if you choose to purchase our goodie bags, you will only be charged for those given out.
Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: To make your party as stress free as possible, the party room will already be decorated. You may bring in hats, noise makers, etc. However, please do not bring in any banners to attach to the walls, confetti, silly string, pinatas, or bubbles. We offer balloons if you wish to purchase them for your party.
Q: Can I bring in my own drinks or food?
A: For your convenience we offer food packages, which may be purchased separately. No outside food or drinks may be brought in the facility to ensure cleanliness of our establishment.
Q: Will there be someone in the Jungle Room and the Party Room to assist me?
A: Absolutely! There will be a Party Host with you at all times to make your party as stress free as possible. Our party hosts will serve the food and drinks (if purchased) and the cake. We will also clean up the party room after the party and, although not expected, tips are appreciated.
Q: Who can play on the inflatables?
A: Adults are welcome and encouraged to play on the equipment. Children under the age of 2 should be with a parent at all times. However, infants should not be on the equipment.
